1.Properties & Application:
(1). Apply to the Si element addition of aluminum and other alloys, replacing Al-Si master alloys.
(2). Silicon content: 95%. Put directly into the molten metal at normal smelting temperature, melts quickly (<5 minutes). the Si element recovery ≥90%.
2.Package and Storage:
Appearance: gray hard chunks.
Keep dry and ventilated.
3.Period of validity:
This product can be used to add silicon element in or adjust trace composition of aluminum alloy, substituting silicon-bearing master alloy.
Containing 95% silicon, this product can be added directly in melt under normal melting temperature. It is rapid in melting (generally less than 5min), easy for use, and high in silicon yield over 90%.
Function and usage:
Used to addition or adjust the content of Silicon element in aluminum and other alloys, to replace the Al-Si master alloy. It can be added directly into the melt at normal melting temperture, not only melting fast but also easy to use, and the silicon elements recovery rate are usually higher than 90%.
