A lot of dispersed corpuscles with high melting point are produced in the Zn molten as foreign crystalline cores when these corpuscles coagulate, notably refining the crystalline configuration of the cast ingots, improving the mechanics of the zinc cast.
2.Scope of Application:
Apply to the modification treatment of zinc alloys.
(1). Operation method: After skimming off the dross, put ZS-ZB1onto the surface of the molten zinc, press it into the melt with tool, sufficiently stirring, wait for 10 ~15minutes, cast the testing rod, if the rod fracture showed normal features, the molten zinc is ready for casting.
(2). Temperature: 410~470℃.
(3). Dosage: 0.2~0.6% of the total metal weight.
4.Package and Storage:
Appearance: White powder.
