1.Properties & Application:
(1). Apply to the Ti element addition of aluminum and other alloys, replacing Al-Ti master alloys, have both gain-refining function of alloys.
(2). Titanium content: 20% for Ti20, 30% for Ti30, 60% for Ti60, 75% for Ti75, 80% for Ti80. Put directly into the molten metal at normal smelting temperature, melts quickly (<3 minutes), the Ti element recovery≥90%.
(1). Temperature: 720~760℃
(2). Dosage: According to calculating and experimental results..
(3). Method: Skim off the dross and plunge Titanium Tablet into the molten metal, stir the melt to homogenate after the l reaction finish, keep the molten metal static for 30~60 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: Dull gray tablet.
250g/tablet, 1kg/bag, 20kg/carton.
Keep dry and ventilated.
