1.Properties & Application:
Phosphorous content: 14～16%. Apply to the desulphuration treatment of copper and copper alloys in the process of smelting. Effectively remove the oxygen of copper alloy melt, obviously reducing the impurity content, improving the mechanic properties of the copper cast.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 900~1250℃
(2). Dosage of the Phosphorus: 0.002~0.06% of the weight of the molten copper.
(3). Operation method: Skim off the dross and put this product into the molten Cu, stirring to homogeneous. Keep the molten Cu for 10~15 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: metal nuggets. Shot or Waffle
